Introductory Session

In this session, I will come to learn who you are. You will tell me a bit about you upbringing, where you presently are and where you desire to go? Here you can address current concerns and struggles and determine what you would like to gain from our time together. 

Remember our goal is to get to the root of the problem. Often times these roots  matured over time and have permeated many aspects of your being, relationships and arenas of your life. 

Allowing for an introduction, allows to flow past the surface level discussion to get to matter of deeper concerns with better understanding, yeilding more fruit for the first session.

For this session, you will send a 10-20 minute audio recording. I will respond with a 10-20 minute audi recording.

Keep in mind, audios are a great method to process without interruption and to recieve fully.
