The Destiny Step

Obey

Today

I am understanding the importance of the step.  More importantly, the obedience in the step

When God gives instruction, it is not a suggestion. It is a mandate that is meant to move us further into destiny.

The step that has been ordered by God has eternal implications attached to you and others that you are unaware of.

We can often times receive instruction and run them through our filter of convenience, comfort and feasibility from our perspective.

When we need to simply obey.

The instruction, the step that launches you into destiny, the destiny step, will never go away.

You cannot side step it, go under, jump over, or ignore it.

You MUST take it.

It is the step that requires ultimate surrender of self. It is the laying down on the cross and the nailing that occurs. It is what will causes the final death of self to take place.

This is why the devil fights you so hard in it.

Know, destiny steps are non negotiable.

When we put off the destiny step, we stop progress.

We wander in wilderness. We can be moving fast, but we are on treadmills and hamster wheels going nowhere.

When we finally wear ourselves out and tire enough, we will finally surrender to the destiny step.

Know the instruction will not change. It awaits you.

Do  not delay the inevitable. Surrender and Move forward into destiny with Jesus.

Lord, please help me to surrender and maintain that surrender in the destiny step.

From Jesus:

Moment by moment, surrender afresh. No more giving into the flesh. Let it be no more. Die Jennifer. Die to self. Go away, somewhere else with Me. Travel to the fields of open Lilliies with me and run free. In moments of what feels like agony, join me in paradise. It is here where we meet. See you soon.

The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.Proverbs 16:9

The steps of a man are established by the Lord, when he delights in his way.Psalm 37:23

Keep steady my steps according to your promise, and let no iniquity get dominion over me.Psalm 119:133

For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you might follow in his steps.1 Peter 2:21

But he knows the way that I take; when he has tried me, I shall come out as gold. My foot has held fast to his steps; I have kept his way and have not turned aside.Job 23:10-11

You have given me the shield of your salvation, and your right hand supported me, and your gentleness made me great. You gave a wide place for my steps under me, and my feet did not slip.Psalm 18:35-36
